There is no reason for you to be sad if you are afraid of
the dentist. Fear is actually a common factor and a usual emotion to every
people. Actually, fear allows us to evade dangerous situations. There are fears
that are based on previous experience while others due to intrinsic knowledge
of situations or things. There are also some people experiencing fears that are
hard to define. However, fear can also affect our lifestyle. One good example
is the coach of a football team wherein he is afraid of traveling by air and so
he normally goes separate whenever there is a travel for the team when
competing. This affects the lifestyle of the coach to be with the team while
traveling. Another one if Mahatma Gandhi where he is suffering from fear from
the dark so he needs to sleep while the lights are open.
